NUTS
Black hazelnuts and marcona almonds are our nuts. Direct from our lands. We offer them in different formats, toasted in grain or with shell. As a novelty of this harvest, you will find them in three formats: Mesh, vacuum bag, and vacuum-packed in glass jars.
Oil
The extra virgin olive oil obtained from Arbequina olives, cultivated and harvested in the Camp de Tarragona to make Rosset oil. The oil has been made from early-harvest Arbequina olives, using only mechanical and cold-pressed procedures.
Preserves
We make the olive pâté with our olives. Olive oil is an excellent meal as a pâté, spread on a toast, and is a perfect ingredient for making a vinaigrette. We can also find it garnishing some fish and vegetable dishes.
About us
Ca Rosset was born from the need to find a commercial outlet with fair prices for products grown on our land. In this way we guarantee that the land will continue to be cultivated and that this rural and natural way of life will be maintained.
WE DO INTEGRATED AGRICULTURE
From Ca Rosset we want to promote the production integrated with the cultivation and marketing of hazelnuts with this badge, as it is a system of production of quality food through methods respectful of human health and the environment.
Integrated production responds to the demands for quality and food safety demanded by responsible consumers. The quality and safety of the products is guaranteed by official certification.
