Bottle of extra virgin oil “from the ray” 2l

Extra virgin olive oil obtained from arbequina olives. Cultivated and harvested in the Camp de Tarragona to make Rosset Oil. The oil has been made with Arbequina olives from early harvest, cold pressed and only with mechanical procedures.

It is a fruity oil, with aromas of ripe fruit and fresh herbs. It has a greenish color. It is a full-bodied oil with a sweet taste with hints of sweet almond and a slight bitter tinge.
