Ca Rosset's oil is extra virgin olive oil, exclusively made from the Arbequina variety. The olives are cultivated and early harvested at the Camp of Tarragona, and pressed in cold and only with mechanical procedures.
Ca Rosset's main nuts are 'negreta' hazelnuts and 'marcona' almonds, the most recognized excellence of our lands. The 'negreta' hazelnuts are collected from the soil at the perfect point of ripeness, while the 'marcona' almonds are harvested when the shell opens.
In Ca Rosset we harvest tangerines by hand, in their optimal ripeness, and offer them to you as a fine marmalade. The green olives are harvested and confited in salt water. The most ripe olives are made into olive pate.
